He wasn't at the docks when Takatora went in, either. I think he could've heard about the cliff thing from someone else easily enough. The drowning thing Kouta would've had to hear from Micchy or Takatora.

I think the restaurant would be hilarious in theory, but with the knowledge that it's not a local legend it would just be kind of sad.

(Poor Micchy would instantly get overwhelmed.)
