Yes. Chiyo is definitely having Issues about her worth with this whole Ganma thing. She knows that her uncles stopped the invasion so long ago, so she wants to know more about how to 'redeem' herself for her blood. She hopefully did not put it that way to Takeru.
(And yes, that would be something that she'd have to worry about where nobody else would. She's not incapable of putting two and two together and trying to see which of the more human-looking Ganma resemble her. So that she can stay far, far away.)
Riko's aunt has definitely met Chiyo and while she hasn't said anything, she knows that Chiyo is something special. And it's one of the reasons she mentioned the whole thing to Riko.
Chiho is so alarmed and ashamed of what she is that she wouldn't want to. Riko's aunt might have to convince her to talk. Or something. Chiyo wouldn't want to talk, though. (Aunt knows that people with Ganma ancestors exist, though maybe not in those terms. Maybe through tales of people who could see spirits because they had ancestors who were originally spirits/ghosts, or something like that.)
