I suspect she'll find someplace to hide temporarily (though probably not as hard to find as she should), call her mother, and if needs be, her uncle. After all, they have to know. She's also aware that she may have made an enemy, but at least Alain knows she won't meekly go to the Ganma world. She's aware that Alain is interested in her because she's a Fukami and possibly because she's part Ganma, but she hasn't really realized that the important part to Alain is that she's Makoto's niece.
