Nani!?!

Okay, I admit I'm not perfect (therefore, I can't be a Mary Sue). But still....

I work in a call center. Among other things, we answer correspondence on our down time. So it's not unusual for someone to be doing correspondence.

I got a piece of mail from one of our branch offices. No name, just that I must have the rest of this correspondence since it's missing the forms. I check the on-line notes. Hm. I did some clearing up of the account for this client, since other people didn't. I also noted that I had the caller fax in to our correspondence queue (not to me) a copy of said missing form.

NOWHERE did I say that I was handling it. I didn't even touch a piece of correspondence on that account. I used what was on the system to clear the part that was our fault.

Needless to say that I really wanted to tear someone up at that office a new one. Really badly. And I can't even see who it is because nobody put any notes on the frickin' system. (Excuse my language.) And really, how hard can *picking up the phone and calling me* be? I could have saved them quite some time if they'd just asked.
