Dillon is... currently speeding towards Corinth. On top of the amnesia he's got from canon, he's dreaming of black and being drawn to his morpher as well. He doesn't understand why or where he's going, but he's as hell going.

Interestingly enough, I think that he's still going to end up with the morpher before Ziggy does. It's going to take them a while to trace down Ziggy.

(Between them, Ziggy and Dillon make one heck of a pair: a career criminal, if an inept one, and a cyborg with amnesia. Nobody's going to be very pleased with the morphers' choices.)
