Rosegarden up and down (or down and up)

The person who did the skin I used/modified for Rosegarden has updated that skin, so it's time to update Rosegarden to Efiction 3.0. I expect to do so in the next 36 hours. Therefore, if Rosegarden doesn't seem to be functioning right, please be patient.
