Okay, I ordered a mousepad and another item from Zazzle. (What the other item is, I cannot say, in case the gift recipient stumbles upon this.)
I get the mousepad and... it's somebody else's mousepad. Some person in Tennessee (unless they really got the orders screwed up) got my mousepad and vice versa. Which wouldn't have mattered so much if this wasn't a custom photo mousepad. I really like the mousepad I accidentally got, but it's not the one I ordered.
*Headdesk*
ETA: And now my package is listed as being "delivered" but it's not at my front door. This time it's not their fault, but still, to have to tell them this on top of the other problem... grr.
ETA2: I found the second item (the UPS people did a very good job of tucking a very small package under my welcome mat), and Zazzle states they've sent the mousepad order to be redone. Now all I need to know is if Zazzle wanted me to return the mousepad they sent me by accident, and if so, to give me a prepaid return label.
