"I'm sorry... I'm so sorry...."

estiroseSo, now I have my Fatal Frame fic listing up to date with all my Yuletide fics!
Now, let's talk about Fatal Frame 2. I was in chapter 4 before, went to chapter 5 at the end of this evening's play.
I've been working on Fatal Frame II quite a bit! I explored a lot more of creepy Kurosawa house, fought a damn priest twice, retrieved several keys, and almost got Mayu killed twice, both by a Man In Dark, the weakest ghost in the game. Good going, me. (Admittedly, one of them was in a hallway where there were two tattered wall hangings, and I kept getting lost trying to find where the ghost was throttling Mayu.)
So, at this point, Mayu's gotten herself locked into a room again, and I'm off to find the darn key, which is thankfully in Osaka, the first house we went to, instead of Kurosawa. I can has flashlight?
That being said, here are some quotes from this evening, as I tend to talk back to things.
(walking down a corridor)
"Mio, stop." (Mayu)
"Mayu, speed up, goshdarnit!" (Me)
"Mayu, I'm sorry!" (Mayu is getting throttled by a Man in Dark)
(later in the same fight)
"Mayu, get out of the way so I can hit the darn ghost!"
"The twins who will become the sacrifices have returned...." (priest)
"Yeah, dude." (me)
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry!" (me, as Mayu is being throttled by the ghost in the passageway with the banners)
"How do you get yourself into these things, Mayu?" (after Mayu gets trapped)
"Seriously, now you're in a well? How did you get there?" (me, to Woman in Box, who is now Woman in Well apparently)
ETA: Mayu gets trapped in room, how Mayu got injured, and Mayu sounding like Sae - this is somebody else's recording of that cutscene, but it's the same as mine, so....
