Apparently these actors decided to pose in front of the tanks. Not a good move, but did provoke some amusement among some members of the press. Two of the figures in the picture are Kamen Rider Ryuuki and Kamen Rider Faiz. Don't recognize the third guy - either he has his mask off or I just don't recognize the costume. Or both.
