A whole slew of icons

Okay. Week 3 of toku_icontest is done (week 4 is only waiting one + more icon(s) for voting, in case anybody with an interest in Toku is so inclined), so I'm posting up the icon batch for that, a batch of icons for my Kamen Rider Blade icon claim over on InsaneJournal, and an extra icon.
