Oops... Amazon US sets up Asus Slider preorders too early

So, being the family tablet expert, I've got newsfeeds set up on Google News for several tablets. One of them is the Asus eee pad Slider (Asus Slider). It's a cousin to the Asus Transformer. (Same specs, the difference being that the Transformer has a keyboard dock you can buy, and the Slider's keyboard is built in.)

It's been released in Europe and Singapore, but not over here in the U.S. Today, Amazon put up a preorder page for the four models, Engadget picked it up, as did several other blogs.

In less than two hours, Amazon pulled the listing. Oops. But for those looking at tablets, the Slider has been getting pretty good reviews, and it looks like the 16 GB models will run about $480.
