Not enough to not participate, but a little worried.
So, nominations. You have to have a second person also nominate the fandoms. While I agree with this in principle - we get way more fandoms than people that will write on them - I'm also a little worried. I have little doubt that I can get someone else to nominate the Fatal Frame series - we had four participants in the fandom last year - or most of the PR series. (MMPR is again on the ineligible list and I really hope it stays there this time.) But the various Toku series? Some of them are so tiny that I don't know where to look for co-nominators, and I'm so shy that I might be the only person nominating on some of them. I know there are workarounds, like asking someone to co-nominate x if you'll co-nominate y, but I don't want to go against the aim of the new rules, which are to avoid fandom bloat.
Thing is, I'm worried that I'm not the only one with the concern above. There are plenty of us out there that are shy and have tiny fandoms by Yuletide standards, and I don't want to see Yuletide shrink because some shy folk just are too intimidated to participate.
