Nov. 2nd, 2021 09:58 amI am now the, um, proud(?) owner of Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water with the DLC (because prior game costumes - yes, I do want to see ( Spoiler for the game ), why do you ask?). Hopefully sales are good enough that they remaster I, II, III, and IV, and release IV to a non-Japanese audience. Also, only Fatal Frame I have only seen let's plays of, so yes, I do need to play it.
(I realize I've been saying bad things about a game I haven't played, but there are spoilery things that I've ranted about before that are things that squick me and are things I always DNW on exchanges. I would have preferred any Fatal Frame game but Maiden of Black Water be ported but I'll take it.)
ETA: Borked under Linux using Proton. Have to try under Windows. There are fixes in progress (as I guess Resident Evil Village uses some of the same stuff) but not in the main Proton yet, I guess.
Further ETA: Runs under Windows, but so extremely slow that I can't get past the title.
