Notes on the January 2023 open My Time at Sandrock multiplayer beta test.

I'm putting this here for future interested parties (which is likely to be just me). At this point it is clear that since this is an open beta test I can talk about what I've seen. That being said, I've spent so much time jumping between towns and servers that I haven't gotten far with this version of the game.

Murkrow is/was a popular Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet competitive?

MURKROW?

I mean, I understand why - it's got an incredibly good set of abilities that make it a good starting/setup Pokemon for battles - but it still feels a bit odd (though happy) to see Murkrow, one of my faves, being popular for once.

Sometimes I feel like I'm one of this fragile, greedy crow Pokemon's few fans, so yeah, I am absolutely thrilled that Murkrow's gotten some limelight.
