I've been enjoying this game as of late, and I don't think it's well known, which is a pity.
It's a game with tactical turn-based combat (which I apparently have a slight weak spot for, thank you Sword of Hajya), featuring a seemingly young woman named Minette who is trying to find out what happened to her sister, who attends a magical school - as well as figure out why she herself suddenly has magic. It's got pixel graphics, but don't let that throw you. It's very queer-friendly so far (one of your first party members is non-binary and one character you meet is happy to tell you how hot she thinks Minette is).
This is available for most of the Window, MacOS, standard consoles (including the Switch) and runs perfectly on my Steam Deck under Proton.
Under cut is an embed of what IGN labels as "6 minutes of gameplay", though it's very random gameplay (mostly battles).
