Well, Takatora is pretty oblivious. And I doubt he'd need to go in to either version's room for any reason. Micchy/Michi is a good younger sibling. With no good reason to suspect, he'd probably be very surprised when he found out.
Poor Takatora. If only he didn't assume so many things.
