Wiki says natto and squash, too. Soba would probably be the most comfortable to sit on. I've never had natto, but I think sitting on sticky beans would feel weird. Not that Micchy is probably paying any attention.
It still feels like it'd be easier for Micchy to bolt rather than face them, unfortunately. Do people ever come and sit by the docks during the day? I doubt Micchy would stay to listen to them, though. I don't know if he'd think of it, but being harder on Micchy might help him realize that Takatora isn't Kouta and that maybe he doesn't need to forgive himself to engage a bit. Or something.
