If she had any friends left (besides the one she may have rescued, who might realize that there was something going on). She'd probably come to hate her heritage pretty quickly, possibly ask her uncles if there was any way to fight the Ganma.
Assuming she got lucky in the above scenario, and the Ganma didn't realize that she could see them. Or she got away before the Ganma could catch her.
