Alas, Makoto does not strike me as the most delicate of people. Kanon seems to be much more so, which is good because Akari is probably the only other person capable of some delicacy in the whole group. I would imagine that the Ganma part is the only thing that makes her feel possibly unwanted at home-- I can't see Makoto and Takeru et al. being anything less than devoted uncles and aunts.
