Here's the third of four drabbles for
rainy_stars.
Title: True Abandonment
Series: Kamen Rider Kabuto
Spoilers: Episode 10 and later
Rating: 5+
Summary: Kageyama glares.
Kageyama glared at the insectoid machine. It was stubborn, responding to nobody’s call but Kagami’s, who’d abandoned it. Couldn’t it see that it needed a new host, someone responsible, someone with courage?
Very few could claim they understood the mentality of Zecters, but this one was being far more stubborn than usual. The best anyone could tell him was that TheBee Zecter valued loyalty to one’s own path and protecting one’s own people, and Kagami hadn’t violated that.
Kageyama glared at the Zecter again. Someday it would understand that Kagami had abandoned them. Someday. He just hoped it was soon.
