Most of my FL that is into these fandoms is probably aware of these two, but:

30_soldiers is a theme community where the speciality is tokusatsu/american tokusatsu. (That means Power Rangers, Masked Rider, Big Bad Beetleborgs, etc is welcome.) The idea is to write 30 themes in one or more stories focusing on a series, character, or pairing. I myself am writing a friendship pairing between Ichijou and Godai of Kamen Rider Kuuga, which means a lot of Ichijou and Godai fics for a while.

finalauraburst is a community that collects the various happenings in the LJ tokusatsu fanbase. I quite like it, even if I'm subscribed to most everything it covers, because there might be a new author, artist, or community that I might not be familiar with.
