estiroseI've mentioned it before, but the belts (and very probably Kamishiro's sword) teleport.
I speculated about it before, but here's evidence:
Kagami and Hiyori being confronted by Kageyama and Shadow troops. Note the lack of belt around Kagami's waist.
And of course, when Kageyama attacks him a minute later, the belt is there!
It also looks like from the episode 25 preview that thanks to Kagami's actions in the episode, ZECT may think he's gone rogue. (A bad thing when you're ZECT's Ultimate Rider; they'd probably not take that too kindly.) Of course, this is the preview, so....
