Meme snagged from several people either on my FL or while doing FAB:

A. Post a list of 15-25 TV shows you love (current or canceled)
B. Have your friends list guess your favorite character from each show
C. When guessed bold the line and write a little bit about why you like that character

1. Kamen Rider Den-O
2. Earth: Final Conflict
3. Forever Knight
4. Highlander: The Raven
5. The Tomorrow People (new series): Lisa. I have a habit of liking characters who just don't fit in, and Lisa didn't. Lisa just didn't jump in and want to have a life of adventure, and that made me respect her all the more. (I'd say [livejournal.com profile] tptigger guessed it, but she's known this for about ten years.)

6. Power Rangers Time Force: Trip. It's no secret that I adored this geeky, sometimes unsure character when Time Force first came on. At the time, I felt he probably was one of the closest characters to my personality. I still adore him now. (Guessed by both [livejournal.com profile] tptigger and [livejournal.com profile] cmar_wingnut because they both guessed before I got back to my computer).

7. Charmed: Chris. Listening to Beth talk about Chris was what got me briefly into the show. His sacrifice drew me in, and his mystery. His dialogue helped too. He was a character I didn't expect to like, and yet I did. (Guessed, of course, by [livejournal.com profile] tptigger.)

8. Doctor Who (classic)

9. Doctor Who (new): Captain Jack. Yeah, I liked most of the characters, and I nearly said Martha. But this charming rogue did charm his way into my heart, and the fact that he was canonically not heterosexual sealed it. (Guessed by [livejournal.com profile] tptigger, who knows me far too well.)

10. Kamen Rider Blade: Kamijou Mutsuki. This teenager, unsure and unconfrontive, interested me immediately when I first watched him. Yeah, the writers weren't sure what to do with him, and he tended to slip into the background a lot, but I still liked him. He did grow up and appreciate the sacrifice of being a Kamen Rider by the end of the series, though he also retained some of his earlier naive personality. Who else would have tried to make a peace treaty with a hostile Undead? (Guessed by [livejournal.com profile] verusmayaii.)

11. Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger: Mikoto Nakadai, Abarekiller. You know, I adore Trent a lot in PRDT, but in some ways I would have liked Mikoto translated a bit more directly. Mikoto, if misguided, figured out what he wanted and went for it, had fun playing the bad guy (mostly for the challenge; he was so smart he got bored *really* easily), and only figured out late in the series that he was being played for a fool, wherein he switched sides. He wasn't stupid, he mostly used his intelligence, and he, in his own way, was not one who clung to stupid mistakes. Plus, he had an amazing death scene. His partner TopGaler was a close second in my favorites. (Guessed by [livejournal.com profile] cmar_wingnut.)

12. Starman (1986 series)

13. Power Rangers Ninja Storm: Cam. Those who have known me for several years know I liked this sarcastic computer geek even before he became a Ranger. At the time PRNS came on, I'd done both tech support and customer support, and his snarky personality really rang true to me. (Guessed by [livejournal.com profile] tptigger.)

14. Highlander
15. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine

5) Lisa?

6) Trip?

7) Chris Perry :)

8) Um, Romana?

9) Captain Jack?

13) Either Cam or Hunter, probably Cam :)

14) Richie Ryan

15) You watched DS9? Hmm. Who would Selma like.... Jadzia Dax?

You're correct on Lisa, Trip, Chris, Captain Jack, and Cam. But then, how long have we known each other now? :)

As for the rest, Romana is right idea, wrong person, I liked Richie but he wasn't my favorite (somebody else long-running was), and yes, I liked DS9 and Jadzia, but somebody else edged her out.

You've got Mutsuki right. :)

As for Yuuto, he is one of my favorite characters, but not my absolute favorite. He's edged out by another regular.

6. PRTF: Trip
7. Charmed: Phoebe
8. Who classic: 4th Doctor (Tom Baker)
9. Who new: Rose
11. Abaranger: Nakadai
13. PRNS: Dustin
14. Highlander (series?): Methos
15. DS9: Kira

(I didn't look at other answers, so some may be repeats.)

You got two of them right, Trip and Nakadai.

Someone else got the "Charmed" one (Chris), the Who classic one is in the right general era but wrong character, I liked Rose of the new series but she wasn't my favorite, I liked Dustin by my PRNS favorite is Cam, I liked Methos but he didn't qualify as my favorite, and ditto with Major Kira.
