50,067 51,011 words. I'll edit my post if I don't find I'm done writing.

I finished NaNoWriMo 2007. (Incidentally, if you have too and you finished before the 25th, remember to validate so that your bar turns purple.)

I think the plot will finish in another 2000 words or so. I hope. It's finished, thank goodness. And I'm hoping it doesn't, given its ending, inspire a sequel.

I'm going to read it over a time or two and then post it up for your reading pleasure probably as an example of why I don't like writing things this long. And then I'll try to go back to Discovering the Sun, as soon as I also discover what Mikoto is doing in Umeko's Bath Room.

(Oh, and I have Yuletide, too.)
