Kiva 29 brief thoughts

* We meet Megumi's younger brother. She thinks he's stupid.
* The bit from end of 28 with Wataru's charm? Runs through Nago's head again this ep.
* Otoya and Yuri clean his upstairs. Or at least Yuri does. And we get to see Yuri from Megumi's memories, too.
* Shizuka is intent on breaking Wataru and Mio up.
* Rook is back. Surprisingly, in 2008, he saves some kids. But he also gets into a fight with Megumi and Yuri in two different time periods.
* The Arms Monsters make an appearance in 1986 again. Otoya talks to Jiro. I think they agree to fight Rook.
* The monster this time around (a boar?) has shown up at least in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. Hm. Looking at the Japanese wikipedia, I also spot other toku roles: Souta's former partner in Boukenger, and Giraffa Undead in Kamen Rider Blade.
30: There's some mention of King, to Bishop. The gist is that Boar Fangire wants to be King, from what I can figure out. More handling of Mio and Shizuka, more with Megumi's younger brother, and Nago and Wataru bathe together.
Speculation-wise, the next episode's title has to do with the unmasking of Kiva. Now, Nago knows that Wataru is in some way Maya's son, and it's not impossible to find out that his father is Otoya, the IXA from 1986. There's a rumor about that says that Nago will start training Wataru, which indicates he takes the whole Kiva thing calmer than we thought he would.
