In the game My Time at Portia, there are seven brothers. From oldest to youngest, they are: Dawa, Erwa, Sanwa, Siwa, Wuwa, Liuwa, and Qiwa. The game's developer is in China, so I thought, "oh hey, these sound like they might be numbered in Mandarin!" (I did take Mandarin briefly, and the one thing I did remember is that the number 3, san, is basically the same in both Mandarin and Japanese.) A quick lookup of the pinyin for 1-10 confirmed that 6 of the 7 Hulu brothers had names that started with the numbers in Mandarin; only Dawa's did not. I found a playthrough in Mandarin that gave me both the last character in their names (娃), which a lookup tells me means "baby", and that I'd guessed right on the numbers. Only Dawa was stumping me, but I did find his introduction to the player and the first character in his name is 大, big.

The My Time at Portia wiki confirms my guesses, so not bad for figuring it out on my own!
