So, I did post that fic with discussions of mpreg. (It's actually more a "male character can get pregnant, should be on meds, talks to two characters about it" than a "male character gets pregnant", because I'm not interested in writing that.)
It's called "Terolalaine" and it's posted at fanfiction.net and AO3. Not surprisingly, it's Power Rangers RPM, and this being me, it's a Ziggy-focus.
As a side note, before I get really started, I find it interesting that my oldest fics on fanfiction.net dealt with a pregnant Ranger. In that case, it was Taylor of Wild Force, who is a girl, dealing with the fact she'd gotten pregnant while active. In this fic, a Ranger is distinctively trying not to get pregnant. It just happens that the Ranger in question is male.
The whole germ for this came from a particularly bad fic. Apparently, that got my muses going, because I came out with a plot idea. Or at least a ficlet. In some/most of the seasons, it makes sense that the (female) Rangers would be on some kind of birth control. In RPM, I just can't see Doctor K being anything but cautious about Operators getting pregnant, and insisting that anybody who can be on birth control. She doesn't want to deal with a pregnant Ranger.
In this AU, there's a rare condition that gives men the ability to get pregnant and give birth. It's rare enough that in a population of about 7.4 million (Boston and greater areas), there would be about 500 people with the ability. However, there's a form of birth control for them.
Ziggy is one of them. His record of taking the medication is somewhat spotty and he tries to minimize the risks by only sleeping with women, since they can't get him pregnant. He's very aware the Cartels deal in human trafficking, and that he could be valuable to them (and possibly other people, since he can have kids).
He's not real thrilled about the whole idea (real men don't get pregnant, after all), and he's not eager to let people know about it. Or at least other guys; he seems okay with Summer.
There are implications to male pregnancy that I didn't hit up in the ficlet, but if there's more to write, I bet I'll end up writing it. I do know that if the birth control failed, Doctor K would be urging them to abort, because she cannot deal.
(Interestingly enough, the first plot bunny I had with the idea involved a pregnant Ziggy getting ready to do just that, partly because of Doctor K, and partly because he can't get his brain around getting pregnant, either.)
