My Steam Deck arrived!

Long story short, I got my Steam Deck (after a very long wait as I pre-ordered the first day several hours in). I've set up a Tumblr for my tips and tricks as I anticipate that said tips and tricks (and how-tos) will involve some screenshots and that's the easiest place to upload stuff like that. Right now I've got mostly my first impressions review - the gist being that the battery leaves something to be desired (as does the on-screen keyboard), but I'm fairly pleased with the ability to customize controller settings (especially for a leftie like me) and for the most part Steam-based games installed and ran well.
KDE Plasma doesn't quite work like MATE (the window manager that I'm used to), but I figured out how to get it to customize like I wanted it to. The wallpaper is the Ubuntu Hardy Heron default wallpaper that I've loved ever since it came out. By default, the menu bar that you see on top of the screen is at the bottom (common for most Linux distributions that I've seen) but I moved it to the top. I stuck some widgets on the menu bar to give me a calculator and get back to Gaming Mode even if I've got windows open.
