Please don't buy WotC stuff.

estiroseI know I have at least one tabletop RPG gamer on my flist, possibly more, don't know if anybody does collectible card games.
So, there was an occasion very very recently where a YouTuber got access by accident to some unreleased Magic: The Gathering cards and showed them off.
Instead of doing the whole DMCA claim/Cease and Desist/contact the Youtuber thing, Wizards of the Coast (WotC) sent the PINKERTONS after them. The Youtuber has stated that WotC did not contact them, they were not ignoring them, they had not been contacted. You don't send the anti-union, heavy-handed, nasty Pinkertons after them.
On top of the whole Open Gaming License debacle, which pissed off a very large amount of active Dungeons and Dragons fans, well... I don't trust Wizards and neither should you. If you do tabletop RPGS, buy from other publishers - go for Paizo's Pathfinder and Starfinder games! Paizo is unionized! Pathfinder is freely available - pretty much everything except flavor text. You can buy the books, and they'd appreciate it once they get their new print run, but Paizo would rather have people gaming than worry about their profits.
(And on the off chance that someone from WotC runs across this - which I admit is near-impossible - I was going to go to Honor Among Thieves. I was going to give you a (limited) second chance. Well, you saved me a matinee + theater concessions.)
