Writing Meme: Day 2

Here’s day 2 of the meme. So far, so good….

2) What piece of writing are you most proud of?
That’s a good question, because it varies on my mood and everything else. Right now, if it were a single fic, I’d say the whole of the “Harder to Be Brave” storyline, just because it came together so well. But a single fic? Despite some flaws, I really like Terolalaine. I wrote a story about mpreg without any mpreg, and while I probably frustrate the hell out of Dillon/Ziggy ‘shippers, I felt it was a pretty good one-sided Dillon/Ziggy. As one of my reviewers put it, it really didn’t have a typical end for a slash fic. It’s one of those times where I’ve both wanted to throttle and hug the heck out of my wayward brain, because who else would have written this?

(My brain’s been cockeyed for some time, incidentally. See the “Vereco” storyline. I managed to make Wes a clone of Alex, sent back in time. Talk about strange and unusual ways of putting things together!)
