estiroseThose of you who know me know I support patent reform in a big way - I'm not in the software industry, but I see it being eaten away by the stupid patent wars, and it's not the only industry.
I ran across this clip of the U.S. series "Shark Tank" (my apologies for my non-U.S. readers for idiotic IP-Geolocation stuff - I'll find a Youtube link asap). It's got a lovely argument about why these things need fixing.
The guy getting yelled at is Scott, the head of a company called Scottevest - it's a clothing company that I like very much, but in this case, I don't mind him being wrong.
