The text says "I will ssmite your allowance!"
(A little more explanation: This city full of weird people (it comes from living in a place pretty much built by a family of mad scientists) is being invaded. The residents of the town crypt are making sure the kids are safe. One little girl on the page (about six years old or so or so) is embarrassed by the way "great-great-great grandpa" - who is rather undead - talks, and talks back to him. Great-great-great grandpa is not happy, and this is one of the things he says.)
