Under a cut to avoid spoiling. (A lot of this won't make sense unless you've played all/most of FFIV, especially the iOS port.)

* Ooh, so this is Cecil and Rosa's kid. I see he has the lunarian hair.

* And he wants to be known for something other than being Cecil and Rosa's kid. Understandable.

* And it't the Red Wings!

* Ooh, Mythril, city of! I'm sure I missed some hidden stuff, but I'm too happy just to see the place again.

* Okay, there's this new moon thing. This will be interesting.

* Apparently it kills your attack power but at least you can use black magic.

* ...which would help more if Cecil didn't have white.

* Ah, new things, like bind. Kind of fun.

* Okay, wandering about, with help of a turquoise circle.

* You've mapped it all for me?!?

* I think I'm a bit lost.

* Okay, now I've figured these new-fangled maps out.

* There's a save point. Does that mean a boss battle coming up?

* Yeah, there's a boss battle. Going back and saving.

* Now to fight this pesky sand worm.

* And almost get killed. But ooh! Cutscene! I'm alive!

* And then almost dead. Good going, Ceodore.

* What do you mean, I have to backtrack through the entire dungeon. Doesn't anybody here have teleport? Apparently not.

* Well, that was fun. Now to head back to ship.

* Should have probably stocked up at Mythril, but oh well.

* I squeed at the rat's tail until I remembered that it was in IV as well as I.

* Now we're being attacked! This is bad.

* And now Baron castle, and Cecil still being stupid about Rosa.

* But now we get to play him.

* Which is mostly getting treasure chests. Cecil is apparently level 30, much lower than I had him in FFIV.

* Ah, we are moongazing I see. I recognize a few of these characters. Rydia, Edge, and maybe Palom.

* Cid had a cybernetic upgrade. Either that, or he fell down a plothole to Earth in the early 1980s.

* It wouldn't be a plot without Cid joining the adventure.

* Cecil's bedchamber has three beds!
