estirose1. I discovered this evening that I am now my village's elder in Miramagia. Yeah. That made me go "WTF?" But at least now when people go inactive, I can boot them out.
2. I'm proud of myself - I called an HVAC person to estimate a replacement AC for my place. (For some reason, my AC and my heating are different. My heater is somewhat working, considering it's a 40 year old Chrysler model, but it'll eventually need to be replaced as well.)
3. The downside is that I have to get my house as close to organized chaos as possible. This is mostly because of having to have it available anyway, so why not tidy it up? Except I have a long way to go. It's better than it was on Saturday anyway.
4. On top of this, I'm working on two things to post on AO3. One is meta (fannish nonfiction?), and one is a fic that kind of wandered out of nowhere.
5. I got a 89 on my first Business Law test. I can't decide whether the teacher completely missed the Assault and Battery portion of my test (since I accidentally skipped some pages in my blue book), or I botched it. In any case, I'm not too worried; I'm currently getting a 96% in the class (and he loved my Negligence essay).
