I got half my order, at least, and the other half got reprinted and is apparently on its way. I'm not sure if I'm going to order from Zazzle again, but at least this is on its way to being resolved.

Zazzle offered to reprint the mousepad (yay!). I asked them about a prepaid label to send the incorrect mousepad (the one in the picture) back, because it's illegal to make me pay for their error. Zazzle support basically said "we'll just let you get rid of it this time." I'm going to have words with Zazzle once I get the mousepad, because while I got what I wanted (a reprinted mousepad), the fact that they assumed I'd be paying for shipping on their error was not good.
