I got half my order, at least, and the other half got reprinted and is apparently on its way. I'm not sure if I'm going to order from Zazzle again, but at least this is on its way to being resolved.



Zazzle offered to reprint the mousepad (yay!). I asked them about a prepaid label to send the incorrect mousepad (the one in the picture) back, because it's illegal to make me pay for their error. Zazzle support basically said "we'll just let you get rid of it this time." I'm going to have words with Zazzle once I get the mousepad, because while I got what I wanted (a reprinted mousepad), the fact that they assumed I'd be paying for shipping on their error was not good.

Yeah, if they didn't send the fix for free (totally free) that's an issue.

I hope they meant to say that they were just going to let you keep the error and send a fix for free, but considering that they do custom stuff and some things might be very personal, that's a little weird/uncomfortable. I've never ordered from Zazzle (just Cafepress and Spreadshirt), and while I've considered it (Zazzle has nice products), this makes me a little wary too.

Yeah, but they kept giving me mixed signals. It's like "oh, we'll replace your mousepad!" without any indication of what I was supposed to do with the incorrect one. They treated it like it was a combination of damaged and I disliked it, while the problem was that they made a mistake when putting the item into the shipping bag.
