20,000 words! Whee!

Actually, 20,129, but who's counting? :)

Master post updated with part 4 of Chapter 3. (Part 3 was posted late yesterday due to technical glitches.)

Am thinking of whether to post a note about it to [livejournal.com profile] grandma_said (Kamen Rider Kabuto community, slash friendly) while I'm writing it, after NaNo is over, or not at all. I'm sure that there are a few people in [livejournal.com profile] grandma_said following [livejournal.com profile] finalauraburst, which has been covering the parts (and these almost-daily posts) very nicely.

Kagami's had his first full day with Shadow, well, kind of. At least he's had enough excitement for the day. And Tendou's met Yaguruma. Yaguruma's still figuring out how to deal with Tendou, who has yet to impress him. Maybe he will try to get ZECT to convince the Zecter to leave Tendou, despite the Worms' objections. (They believe nobody should interfere with a Zecter's choice.)

I'm trying to figure out how ZECT knows that Kagami and Tendou are destined to be Riders, since I don't know how much the time-travel aspect of the canon series and God Speed Love are going to come into play. It doesn't help that we ourselves as of yet don't know how Kagami's and (presumably) Tendou's names got into that 35 year old book, or how a certain Native Worm knew their names (including Tendou's orignal name). My original background for the revised storyline has a precognitive Native Worm that gave them that information. We'll have to see.

Anyone have a happy Kagami icon?
