Short update

I got Chapters 1-5 (and the first part of Chapter 6) of "Discovering the Sun" uploaded to Inkwell, and have now posted the link to it to krfic and grandma_said (Kamen Rider Fanfic and a Kamen Rider Kabuto comm, respectively). The link for the first went up last night, the second was delayed while I double checked to make sure the nice folk at grandma_said didn't mind offsite links to WIPs.

I did get to read through the fic while I was putting it on Inkwell. It's not as bad as I thought, and if it weren't a novel-length fic that I was trying to get out of my system, I'd probably revise it. However, I wouldn't blame anyone for getting partially through the fic and deciding they didn't like it; I had problems with writing certain characters (Tendou was one; Kagami Riku was another problem, and I'm still not sure I extrapolated Yaguruma right.)

I'm due to start working on my Time Trax/PRTF fic soon, as soon as I can get the muses to be useful. I think I'm going to do an exercise in writing before I go to bed tonight so I get back into short writing mode instead of novel-length writing mode.

Just wanted to pop in. I don't have much time to talk either, since I'm on a library PC with an hour net limit (I wish I had typed this out last night or something).

It finally occured to me to use the trick of bringing floppy disks with me to the library to save stories written in the last two months and bring home to read, so I've been able to read all your recent stuff, and I'm enthralled. You were right when you said there's really a lack of canon sentai pairing fics, and all of yours have been wonderful so far, though not being in front of my home PC means I can't remember the names of my faves. =/

I also am very much enjoying Discovering the Sun so far, though I only downloaded to 3.2 yesterday (not sure why, but I simply didn't see that you had already uploaded 10 whole parts). I've got the rest up to date on a floppy and will devour it when I get back home. It's a fun ride so far, though it's moderately spoilery to me since the last episode I've seen was 34 and, with the whole "no internet at home" situation, I can't keep up. But most of the spoilery things were things I could've figured out myself based on what Toei's done with previous seasons of KR, so it's no big deal.

Anyways, awesome work, keep it up, etc. :)
