Fic lookback 2006 and to-do 2007

estiroseThis is a lookback on the fics I wrote in 2006 (of which I've lost count on how many I've written), and a to do for 2007):
Shortest fic: Way too many to count. I mean it. I wrote quite a few drabbles in 2006.
Longest fic: "Discovering the Sun" (Kamen Rider Kabuto). I don't know if it qualifies as slash or pre-slash - others would have to tell me - but it has the distinction of being both my 2006 NaNoWriMo winner and the longest fanfic I've ever written, being at 50,000 words and counting.
Fandoms written in: Various Kamen Rider series, Sentai series, Highlander, Tomorrow People, various Power Rangers series, and probably others I've forgotten. I even wrote in Opposites Attract (my PR/TP universe) this year!
Most amusing moment in or regarding a fic: When I stuck a Conner/Kira reference into "Kuroonningen". Likely the entire Conner/Kira portion of my friendslist missed it because it was in the middle of a Trent and Anton fic.
Most annoying moment in or regarding a fic: When I realized that I'd effectively removed Kagami's motive to give up TheBee in Discovering the sun, thus sticking him with it and having to figure out a dumb way to get him away from it so I could introduce him to Gatack Zecter.
Most enjoyable moment in or regarding a fic: When I managed to write a fic with my second generation PRs despite not writing the characters for years, in one of the ficlets for Beth's birthday. (Hey, what else do I get the #1 Opposites Attract fan but more OA fic?)
Looking ahead to 2007:
* Finishing "Discovering the Sun" would be good, and not just because![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
capncosmo wants to read it.
* In the early part of next year, I do have to finish "Different Assignments, Same Idea" (Time Trax/Power Rangers Time Force). Assuming Beth or I can find tapes of "Time Trax".
* Beth and I have multiple projects that got put on hold because of various crises. I'm hoping to get to some of them. Among them is a Dino Thunder fic I really like, and we're still working out Nick's parental issues in a Mystic Force fic.
* I have a fic that keeps getting voted out of the Finish-a-thon that I'd like to get to sometime.
* There are several requests I got in October that I need to do as well. I think the ones that are left are Tomorrow People (New Series).
ETA: * I really do need to finish "Losing Touch" sometime too.
