So, I met the four new bears, quick first impressions:
Archie: Took over Arjun's place. Party bear! That's all I know. Presumably has some kind of trauma that we don't know about hidden behind the "let's party!" facade.

Ben: Clock bear! Seems to be kind of Clyde 2.0 at this point, took over Bruin Tram's spot. Came here specifically to get aid from your spirit scout, not sure why.

Lilian: Scared mouse, took over Clyde's spot. For some reason you can hear all of her thoughts. Love her already, and not just because she's not Clyde.

Beatrice: I was looking forward to her from her design (plus I like the name Beatrice), but don't like her. She's a collector - we have one of those! I'm trying to not be too harsh at this point because she took over Ursula's spot. She's also here because of the Spirit Scout.

Also, the new cat gets along with all other cats, but all other cats still don't like other cats, so I haven't tried putting it in the same room with another cat.
