One of the first things I do in Slime Rancher is start breeding what's essentially chickens (well, actually, they breed themselves more or less) for my meat-eating slimes.

Unfortunately, Slime Rancher 2 makes their population explode. The floppy-eared being in the middle is a ringtail-cottontail slime combination (basically half rabbit, half raccoon) and I was trying to get it to bring down the chicken population as ringtails will eat almost anything and they will eat past being full, making them good for a task like this. Unfortunately they're only active at night (and they're omnivorous), so that means you are up at night, trying to guide them to eat your chickens and not your plants.
