estiroseI'm still exploring 1.6, but thought I'd mention one of my favorite new things.
There's a ton to love (the tickets/books/moss/mystery boxes/fish smoker/fish bait maker/fishing festivals), but as far as actual new items go... my favorite has to be the cursed mannequin.
There are two mannequins in the game. One you buy (from I forget who; probably Robin) and one you get as a drop from the skulls in the Quarry mini-dungeon. It seems to be a fairly rare drop as I had to go in several times and kills 20-30 of the skulls before it dropped.
Most of the time, this behaves as a regular mannequin, just like the one that you can purchase. However, it also moves about on its own, changes clothing with you, and apparently will change your wallpaper. (I haven't yet seen the wallpaper change myself but I've seen it on YouTube.)
