So, after the AO3 meme, I was curious.

estiroseI decided to look at my top ten at fanfiction.net.
A general observation: Things in this top ten tend to be multi-chapter, old, or both, as you can tell from the dates. I used last posted date, as that matched up more closely with how AO3 handles dates.
1. Building Family (Power Rangers Ninja Storm, posted September 2004, 18173 hits)
This is 17 "chapters" (really, 17 different fics) long, and well beloved. I'd be very surprised if it wasn't up here.
2. Inside Out (Power Rangers Wild Force/Time Force, posted September 2002, 13557 hits)
The oldest fic I have currently on fanfiction.net, and one that's still widely read, for some reason.
3. Blushing Bride (Power Rangers Wild Force/Time Force, posted November 2002, 9206 hits)
Second oldest, same reason as "Inside Out", the second of its trilogy.
4. Waiting Period (Power Rangers Wild Force/Time Force, posted March 2003, 6289 hits)
And the same here for this fic as the other two, same trilogy, and very old.
5. Losing Touch (Power Rangers Dino Thunder, posted March 2006, 5489 hits)
This is why this fic is currently in the finish-a-thon for voting. It's immensely popular considering it hasn't been touched since 2006 and is a WIP! (Even if it doesn't win, I think I'll tackle finishing it this year, as it's one of those that people really, really want me to finish.)
6. Over The Borderline (Power Rangers Time Force, posted February 2006, 3968 hits)
I'm not sure why this one's popular either, but I can't complain about it, because that means people read Katie/Trip fic.
7. Wanders Through Time (Kamen Rider Den-O, posted September 2008, 2076 hits)
The crazy thing about this one is that I've still got 6 more drabbles to post in a 20-drabble set, which still doesn't keep people from reading a set of fics about Yuuto (and Airi).
8. Useless Things (Kamen Rider Kiva, posted April 2010, 1669 hits)
I didn't know that Nago/Wataru would be so popular either, and this is one of those fics where people still yell at me to update.
9. The Dreamt of Call (Power Rangers RPM, posted April 2011, 1402 hits)
The scary thing about this one is that it's actually four chapters behind the AO3 version (chapter 8 vs chapter 12 right now), and it still has a huge hit count and 12 people getting author alerts. Which is pretty nice for a gentle AU.
10. Information (Power Rangers Ninja Storm, posted January 2004, 1315 hits)
This is the only one-chapter fic on this list, a tiny fic about how Cam knew everything despite being buried under rubble. It's a missing scene to "Prelude To a Storm", and it's quite amusing it's up in the top ten....
