Remix Madness (and a quick related note)

estiroseRemix Madness has started over on LJ. I've picked out a fic I want to remix, and am keeping my eyes out for anything else that might pop up that's interesting.
For those curious, this is kind of Remix Redux (and in fact is kind of part of that exchange), except there's no qualifying fandoms and it's being done on an extremely short time frame. All you need is some fics of your own that you're willing to have remixed, and you don't have to write a remix if all you want to do is give your permission to have your fics remixed. The one thing you'll want to keep in mind is that you do get one "safe" story (and only one story) that nobody can remix.
Since I had to opt-in in order to remix, obviously I'm on the opt-in list, and I'm quite cool with people remixing my stuff anyway.
Fandom-wise, I have been in a few fandoms long enough to have people recognize me (and there are some fandoms where people might recognize my name because of one fic or another). For example, people in Tomorrow People fandom might recognize me; I'm occasionally remembered in Forever Knight, Earth: Final Conflict, and Highlander fandoms. Most of my Starman fen wouldn't be participating in remix, but they'd recognize my real name outside of it. I probably am not as well known in most jdrama fandoms, or most anything else, though I suspect that people in (Disney's) Mulan fandom would recognize me as a fic writer, if nothing else, thanks to one fic.
