Yuletide nominations (open October)

Astrolat has just posted in Yuletide_Admin about this year's Yuletide noms.
The long and short is that we're only allowed 3 unique fandom nominations this year, and they happen in early October. This is simple for me, because I only have really about two that I'm interested in nominating, though I think I should have a backup or two just in case.
I know for sure I'm nominating these two:
* Final Fantasy II (assuming they allow tiny fandoms that are part of large franchises, as happened last year)
* Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger (assuming that it's not too large by the time nominations happen)
I will have as backup the following:
* Kamen Rider Blade (I'm sure someone will nominate OOO, Fourze or Double, and I think that Blade is tiny enough that it should be safe if nothing else is)
* Highlander: The Raven (assuming, again, that the small fandom in large franchise still goes and it's tiny enough)
* Keitai Sousakan 7 (2 fics on AO3, so safe to say that it's probably okay)
Apart from H:TR, all of these fall under Chromatic Challenge as well, as being either Japanese source and characters (Gokaiger, Blade, and Keitai) or Japanese source (Final Fantasy II, which was originally Japanese).
I'm sure somebody will nominate Tomorrow People (at least one version), and several seasons of Power Rangers have been nominated in the past. I'm kind of nervous about nominating Starman (TV) as the last time I nominated/chose to write in it, I ended up with Jadelennox for the second time, and while she's wonderful, I'd rather write for someone else.
Maybe I should work on coordinating with other Toku people who are likely to participate to make sure we're well covered for fandoms....
If you're not familiar with Yuletide, it's a yearly rare fandom fic exchange. This will be my... fifth year on the exchange. I wrote 11 fics last year (1 assignment, 1 pinch-hit, 9 random treats), though you're only obligated to write your recipient's fic - I'm an overachiever (just slightly). It's been run the last two years on AO3 (which I know turns some people off, I realize, but as a programmer-to-be on the project, I hope you'll give it a chance), and this will be the first year that the nomination form runs on AO3.
My musings and fics I've written for the exchange over the years can be found on my Yuletide tag, for those curious.

"To be eligible for Yuletide, fandoms should generally be fairly small, relatively inactive, or very new."
