They're happy to go off and do their own thing, I'm afraid, without any help. But I kind of see girl!Gai as genki and a bit tomboyish, and so thrilled to get her powers and bond with her teammates.

And since my muses are sneaky...

Kae clutched at her morpher as she watched the team below her. It was her team, once she revealed herself, they just didn't quite realize it yet.

She'd been waiting for this for years, and finally she had the power. They were looking for her, from what she'd overheard, she just wanted to pick the right moment. Ever since this team had shown up on fan websites, she'd memorized everything she could. She hadn't expected them to be Space Pirates or to end up with her own power, but one didn't pick these things, fate did.

There had never been a team with three girls before, and this team had two. She felt strangely hesitant and yet happy about breaking the status quo, to becoming the third girl on a team ever. And two girls meant that there would be lots of good times, she was sure.

As the fight broke up, she grinned. It was showtime. Time to become part of the team. Time to meet destiny.

Squeeing, she ran forward to meet them.
