It looks like we not only get to see Watchman!Sakurai, but he henshins.
Here are the current rumors off of certain boards on who's playing him:
1. Kawaguchi Shingo (Todoroki in Kamen Rider Hibiki; he also was in "I Am Born!")
2. Mizorogi Ken (Keitaro in Kamen Rider 555)
3. Mikami Masashi (Souta in GoGo Sentai Boukenger)
4. Ichikawa Yousuke (Hikaru in Mahou Sentai Magiranger)
5. Oguri Shun (notable for a few J-drama roles)
The one that has the most evidence going for him is Ichkawa Yousuke.
