So, these are fragments of plot bunnies. I present them for your enjoyment. If you're so inclined, follow the instructions at the end.

1. Mutsuki caught the device easily. He turned it over, recognizing the device that had caused him such pain. As Tachibana tossed the card his way, he knew it was the Ace that had been chasing them moments before. He gulped, knowing what was expected of him, but placed the belt against his waist anyway.

2. Trent leaned against the palm tree. Hayley had promised to join him and explain, but as the moments passed, he wondered if he'd hallucinated the whole thing, caught by a stray supersoaker or a wave he just didn't remember. Something told him he wouldn't be so lucky.

3. Ziggy ran as Tenaya chased him. He knew that Dillon would be there soon, but in the meantime, the fate of humanity might be in his hands. He so knew that he'd be the first one gone, too, and he refused to die or let the others down.

4. Wataru recognized the massage as a prelude for something more, and shuddered. He didn't want this, but he could hardly protest, feeling the way he did. So instead, he submitted quietly, hoping it would be over soon.

5. Amanda put the boys to bed, silently wondering if she'd be there the next morning to see them to school. So much was at risk, and she knew how much could go wrong. But she was a spy with a mission, and she would do it.

6. T.J. folded his arms once again and glared at the rock. When his mother suggested he go to genie school, it had sounded like a good idea. He just wished she'd mentioned that it would be in the middle of a desert.

7. "You aren't going somewhere without us?" Theo teased her. She smiled, knowing Theo would follow her anywhere if it involved something interesting. Trouble was, 'interesting' nowadays tended to end up requiring healers and their lectures, for her as well as the others.

So,can you identify any/all of these series/universes? And, very optionally, which one(s) would you like to see more of the story?

I'm not going to do so good. 2 and 3 are very obvious as Power Rangers Dino Thunder and RPM. 6 and 7 could be Power Rangers, too, but I don't think so since it sounds like a big magical influence.

And I'm always up for some good Power Rangers fic!

You're right; 2 and 3 are DT (specifically, Opposites Attract) and RPM! 6 is a different series with a coincidentally-named T.J., and 7 isn't PR either.

(You're completely correct, btw; the other two are based off of a 1980s tv series and a followup movie to a 1960s tv series.)
