Inspire me...

I'm going to drag out a really old meme.
Choose one of my icons and comment with it (or tell me which one). I will write a fic featuring the icon/character.
(Obviously, some of my icons are not fandom, but if you really want, say, fic about a Parrot-pattern sherbet, feel free.)

Manipulative, Handy, Useful (Kamen Rider OOOs, Ankh)

Ankh had made better plans. He had to admit he'd been desperate at the time to find a human that he could use, and Eiji had been perfect.
But as things had dragged on - and yes, they had dragged on - he'd regretted his choice of Eiji. Eiji had a tendency to do things as he saw fit, try to fix things, and it wasn't something that Ankh could control.
Yummies would have been way better, but he didn't have the ability. Eiji was the nearest thing he could get. He did have his greed, his desires, and if he could have used that, he would have. A desire to do good was still a desire, even Eiji admitted that as he dragged Ankh into rescue after rescue.
On the other hand, for all his eagerness, he was more or less loyal to Ankh. They argued, yes, but as he'd told Kazari, he'd take Eiji's antagonism over Kazari's trickery any single day.
He'd take Eiji and Eiji's well-meaning if idiotic other employer and his host's meddling sister any day over the other Greeeds, because at least he had a safe space to scheme and make plans and get to victory.
Getting pissed off at such well-meaning people had only nearly caused him to die, so he'd learned to put up with them. All of them, no matter how he disliked it. Which meant that he had to control his temper, or at least reign it in, no matter how unpleasant they were to work with.
Once he'd won, they became irrelevant, all of them. Even Eiji. Well, maybe he'd spare Eiji. He'd been useful, despite everything.
But he would do it. He would use the humans, use their technology, use everything he could find against the others until he was whole. The only one standing. The expert manipulator.
The winner. No matter what.
He smirked, taking off into the air, confident that he could win.
